- Manage and nurture relationships with clients within the Australian Telco industry
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively address any issues or challenges faced by clients, employing strong problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Strictly must have at least 4 years of Sales/Account Management background, in Australian Telecommunications.
- A strong understanding of the Australian Telco industry, including Phone systems, billing & provisioning.
- Excellent sales and communications skills.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Prior experience handling corporate, key accounts.
- Aggressive, dynamic, highly motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
