Here at Roami - Vacation Rentals, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Management Specialist. Pricing & Revenue Management is critical to the overall success of our company. This position will support our Revenue Management/Commercial team during the CST-PST hours.Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for pricing & yield management.
Surveying occupancy levels and making pricing and LOS (length of stay) adjustments as needed.
Setting base pricing & minimums.
Creating and implementing pricing structures for new/existing markets based on travel & event demand.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Individuals oriented/educated in Mathematics, Finance or Analytical fields are encouraged to apply.
Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and other data manipulation and management forms.
Analytical or mathematical predisposition.
Excited by developing creative solutions to complex problems.
High attention to detail and the ability to come to detailed logical conclusions based on data.
Revenue Management, Finance or Data Analytics Experience preferred.
