- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and support.
- Employ constructive mediation techniques for conflict resolution.
- Coordinate attendance, payroll, and other pertinent reports.
- Handle disciplinary proceedings, investigations, and terminations when required.
- Lead and inspire the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
- At least 5 years experience in managerial level.
- Must be adeptly experienced in employee relations, recruitment, OD and process improvement.
- Must have keen attention to details and sense of responsibility.
- Can work independently.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
