As an integral part of our team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for a specific team/process/substream within designated processes or countries. Your responsibilities will include conducting Staff Quality Reviews and providing initial support to resolve issues.What you will be doingPeople Leadership
  • Assist the Supervisor in Process/Peer Coaching, including one-on-one sessions with coordinator and below.
  • Implementation and Compliance of GBS strategies, policies, rules, and regulations.
Process Leadership
  • Support supervisor with managing specific process, ensuring alignment, reporting, and communication.
  • Drive, cooperate, manage, and support process improvement projects.
  • Set up and ensure accurate Standard Operating Procedures for all processes.
  • Ensure compliance to internal control standards.
  • Support incoming transitions by ensuring successful integration of processes.
Operations
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Assist the supervisor in monitoring and leading day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Provide accurate internal and external operational performance reporting.
  • Support monitoring of team attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Record, analyze, and review data related to general ledger record keeping.
  • Perform various month-end activities and assist in providing audit requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve exceptions and issues.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and agree on action plans.
Ad Hoc Duties
  • Participate in OHI Survey and Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
What you will bring
  • At least 3 years of finance/accounting experience in a large corporate setting.
  • Strong grasp of basic accounting principles, internal policies.
  • Proficient in ERP and other accounting tools.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible availability to work within specified time zone.
