- Performs administration support including vendor management, scheduling, reporting.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of the asset database and update it continuously with the changes on the field.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance scheduling, managing the field service reports (FSRs) from the vendors and in house techs, update and them with necessary info and closing of the work orders.
- Train company staff, client and subcontractors on the CMMS for their respective application.
- Works in conjunction with billing personnel to ensure accurate and timely invoices are provided to client.
- Ability to present a welcoming, professional image and provide proactive customer service. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Maintain documentation relating to the Preventative Maintenance contract and clients.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High-school diploma
- Any technical education or experience is preferable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using effective time-management skills.
- Displays the ability to understand and carry out general instructions in all types of situations without direct supervision.
- Intermediate skills with MS Office applications and CMMS web based applications.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during entire shift and ascend/descend stairs to office.
- Ammenable to work on-site (Bacolod Office), graveyard shift.
- Can start ASAP.
