About the opportunityResponsibilitiesHealth awareness research and program POC for creation and communicationPOC for first aid and other medical needsPerform basic checks, and blood pressure check for monitoringIn-charge of inventory and requisition of medicines and medical suppliesProper dispensing of medicines to employees and providing instructions based on health complaintsAssists employees during hospital consultations and therapyAssists the company physicianAssisting employees on their pre employment and annual physical examination schedulesResponsible in preparing Work Accident Report to Department of Labor and EmploymentProviding administrative support for updating of employee medical recordsActing as the general administrative POC for audits in collaboration with various departmentsOverall administrative support for management engagements, workspace and facilities functionsServes as an Occupational Health and Safety partner for all health-related activities.What you need to be successfulRequirementsMust be a graduate of BS Nursing and a Registered NurseShould be a certified first-aider / BOSH certifiedAbility to handle medical emergencies and provide basic first aid.Relevant experience as a Nurse in the corporate set up for at least 1 yearKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.Familiarity with basic medicines and medical equipments used in the workplaceStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Admin experience is an advantageProficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)Detail-oriented, conscientious, willing to extend working hours if necessaryWilling to be assigned in Taguig CityWho we are“To be the most loved everyday food and groceries destination!” - that's our mission at foodpandafoodpanda is the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, outside of China.
