LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINESPosition: Lead Generation SpecialistWorking hours: M-F, 6 working hours with 2 flexible work hours, work starts at 7am, UK timezone | starts at 2:00 pm Philippine Time (opportunities for the specialist to switch working hours. You should be ready for some level of flexibility. You may work UK hours now but might need to transition to US hours next. Of course, we'll be sure to communicate the transition to you with enough notice.
Salary: $1,000-1,200 PLUS uncapped commissionAbout the job:We are looking for a lead generation specialist, whereas your number one focus is to find leads and turn them into qualified sales appointments. You will utilize a variety of outreach methods such as cold outreach on LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing and other platforms to engage and qualify potential clients. Your role is pivotal in generating a robust sales pipeline by nurturing leads towards becoming sales appointments.Duties and Responsibilities:Outbound- Lead research and prospecting- Cold calling prospects daily- Outreach (LinkedIn, social media etc), and booking sales call- Engage people with a proven script to generate interest.- Qualify leads and book appointments-Outbound activity leads to inbound pipeline.Inbound- Quick response to warm leads from multiple channels.- Follow ups at least 6 times using our process.Requirements
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience
  • The ideal candidate should excel in identifying and nurturing leads, possess a knack for strategic outreach, and have a proven record of driving business growth through effective communication and planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective outreach and relationship building.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms for business development and networking.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the digital marketing field.
  • Persistent mindset to overcome challenges and maintain a positive attitude, you should know and understand that rejection comes with the territory and it takes a lot of No’s to get a YES!
