Marketing Communications Executive

• Draft, propose, execute, monitor and evaluate marketing related activities and campaigns to drive new acquisitions and conversions for Bossjob PH
• Will assist in marketing executions focused on Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Offline Events and Activations, Branding Marketing
• Work closely and support internal teams to achieve company goals: Marketing, Creatives, Business Development and Sales Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all content channels.
• Help handle the production of marketing collaterals and work closely with designer and vendors.
• Plan and execute sales-driven events such as job fairs, roadshows and corporate talks ensuring maximum participation.
• Sourcing advertisement opportunities in radio or TV for products or service
• Arrange for necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage for events, liaise with vendors, suppliers, manpower and internal departments and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist to monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of all marketing efforts, record findings and make recommendations accordingly.
• Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools
• Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters
• Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company
• Identify user behavior patterns, geographic trends, and lifecycle stages to create personalized and engaging customer journeys.
• Ideate and curate localized campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Assist in event planning, logistics coordination, and execution of both offline and online campaigns.
• Explore and evaluate brand outreach opportunities through trending social media users, key opinion leaders, and strategic alliances.
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
