  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Maintain and optimize content calendars and schedule posts using scheduling tools.
  • Distribute content across platform-specific tools like groups, broadcasts, and stories.
  • Analyze social media campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns.
SEO and Google Ads:
  • Write SEO-optimized blog posts and update content to maintain high search rankings.
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns and use Google Tag Manager for website tracking and analytics purposes.
Data Entry:
  • Perform data entry work without compromising on accuracy.
  • Download and upload information from/to CRMs, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
Newsletter Creation:
  • Develop and send out newsletters compiled from industry sources such as newspapers, online publications, and other emails.
  • Engage readers with long-form content that is informative and compelling.
Qualifications:Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in digital content management and social media strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of SEO practices and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in data entry and information management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier to streamline processes.
  • Skills in visual data analysis and ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Competency in graphic design and video editing, with experience using tools like Canva and CapCut.
