- Previous experience in management of global benefits preferred.
- Good organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow through on assignments.
- Should be a team player and be able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office products used for analysis and presentation of data, specifically Benefits Portal, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and MS Visio and
- Ability to collaborate and actively contribute in a strong team environment, yet able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Client-focused attitude. Experience providing client service to internal and external clients.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and strict deadlines. Must have the ability to re-prioritize work as required
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the firm.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree required for the position
- Minimum 1 year general administrative experience.
- Customer Service skills required for the position
- Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively with all levels of management
