Founded by former long-time Facebook employees, they’ve taken the many learnings gained from partnering with the leading eCommerce businesses in the US and applied these to their agency clients to accelerate success with Facebook, Instagram and other paid social channels.Responsibilities:

Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand's identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams
Collaborating with marketing team to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand's desired image and messaging
Staying up-to-date with new technologies and design trends
Following a brief to create new ad concepts or variations
Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
Participating in team meetings and providing input on design-related topics and projects
Creating quality graphic ads for Facebook and Instagram following specific brand guidelines from clients

Requirements

Extensive experience in a brand/graphic design or illustration role

Candidate is to present portfolio to the client showcasing past ad creatives
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration made for social media ads
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not required
Prior experience making Facebook and Instagram ads
