Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.As a Manufacturing Audit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality of reports delivered to our customers driving customer satisfaction and business growth.You will be in contact with Manufacturing Audit Manager where clarification or update of protocol are required. You will also support the audit team in achieving timely delivery of reports.You will be responsible for training of auditors to ensure the consistency of reports submitted in terms of quality.You will be directly reporting to the Manufacturing Audit Manager.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Review Manufacturing Audit Reports to evaluate if they meet our clients' requirements.
  • Communicate any report issues and recommendations to our certification team.
  • Follow-up on necessary corrective action
  • Provide clarifications to leader and manager.
  • Update of tracking documents.
  • Preparation of training material for auditors.
  • Participation and preparation of KPI for customer's meeting where required.
  • Other tasks arranged by the management team.
In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Knowledge or certified ISO 9001.
  • Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading).
  • Know your way around the MS Office Suite
