Warehouse Outbound Lead - SCommerce (Bulacan)

- Oversee the outbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
- Create of schedule and monitor tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendance
- Coordinate with the Outbound Supervisor and Middle Mile team to ensure accurate linehaul allocation and timely pick up of parcels
- Ensure all parcels are loaded properly and dispatched to Last Mile hubs within the given SLA
- Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
- Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
- Provide reports to Inbound Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
- Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
- Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Amenable to be assigned in Bulacan
