Job Title: Copywriter/ Social Media Content CreatorClient Industry: Media Production & Advertising for Real EstateLocation: Work From HomeWork Schedule: Mondays through Fridays 09:30 - 18:30 PHT (1 hour of lunch break 1:00 - 2:00 PHT)Position OverviewRecruitGo is searching for a Copywriter/ Social Media Content Creator to work with our client. Our client is a visionary Real Estate brand poised at the intersection of real estate, media, and proptech, driving a new era of property marketing and sales. We stand distinctively apart from traditional real estate agencies by leveraging our robust media capabilities and widespread social media presence.Responsibilities● Content Creation (Copy and Concepts)● Brand Messaging● Market Research● SEO Optimisation● Analytics and Reporting on performance and initiative● Editing and ProofreadingQualifications● 1-2 years of experience in copywriting and marketing/advertising● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field● Proven experience as a copywriter or related role over 1-2 years● Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills● Strong research and analytical skills● Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously● Creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions● Knowledge of copy repurposing across social media platforms● Able to innovate via ideation and concept Design BriefsPreferred Qualifications● Basic knowledge of social media management tools● Experience with CMS platforms● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies● Understanding of legal considerations related to content creationWhy RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets. Salary Range: up to 45,000
