Position Overview: Multiple role openings with Database Admin, L2/L3 O365, Data Center and Cloud Services Lead, or Wintel Engineer roles! You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our environment. Your expertise will directly impact our organization's productivity, security, and collaboration capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Administration and Configuration: Exchange Online: Manage email services, mailbox configurations, and distribution groups. SharePoint Online: Configure sites, libraries, and permissions for efficient document management. OneDrive for Business: Set up user profiles, sync clients, and manage file sharing. Microsoft Teams: Enable collaboration by configuring channels, apps, and integrations. Security and Access Controls: Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access. Manage user permissions, group memberships, and role-based access controls. Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 support to end-users, resolving complex issues related to O365 services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and diagnose problems promptly. Incident and Problem Management: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they impact users. Compliance and Security: Ensure O365 compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Monitor security logs, perform audits, and address vulnerabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of professional IT experience. Strong Understanding of servers, Active Directory (AD), and MS Exchange. Proficiency in at least two or more O365 technologies. Desired Skills (Bonus Points): Linux administration experience. Familiarity with VMware, Nutanix, or other virtualization platforms. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). ITIL certification or understanding of IT service management best practices.
