• Manages a candidate database for quick access.
• Builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implements cost-effective measures for recruitment.
• Conducts regular 1:1 sessions and succession planning.
• Stays updated on industry sourcing trends.
• Implements best practices in recruitment and staffing.
• Executes people management responsibilities.
• Identifies team improvement opportunities and implements coaching strategies.
• Creates and updates developmental plans for team members.
• Takes initiative and pays attention to detail.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing or Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical skills and goal orientation.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in fostering professionalism and building relationships, both individually and within a team.
• Proven experience with HR metrics is advantageous.
