- Determines and implements appropriate recruiting techniques for market industry, skill sets, and regions.
- Ensures candidate inventory meets field demand.
- Generates a high-quality candidate pipeline under tight deadlines.
- Manages a candidate database for quick access.
- Builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implements cost-effective measures for recruitment.
- Conducts regular 1:1 sessions and succession planning.
- Stays updated on industry sourcing trends.
- Implements best practices in recruitment and staffing.
- Executes people management responsibilities.
- Identifies team improvement opportunities and implements coaching strategies.
- Creates and updates developmental plans for team members.
- Takes initiative and pays attention to detail.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing or Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and goal orientation.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in fostering professionalism and building relationships, both individually and within a team.
- Proven experience with HR metrics is advantageous.
