
Provider Sales Specialist (US Radiology Network)

- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
- Use outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
- Maintain a strong, active pipeline of potential clients.
- Qualification & Outreach
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls to assess prospect needs.
- Educate potential clients on OneImaging's value proposition and cost-saving benefits.
- Set up qualified appointments for Account Executives.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and interactions in HubSpot.
- Track KPIs (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, conversion rates).
- Continuously refine targeting and messaging for higher engagement.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on prospect objections and industry trends.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
- Complete the Company's product & industry training.
- Gain proficiency in HubSpot CRM & outreach tools.
- Develop a target account list and begin initial outreach.
- Shadow sales calls to understand prospect pain points.
- Conduct mock prospecting sessions for script refinement.
- 1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (healthcare preferred).
- Strong cold-calling & email outreach skills.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Background in medical imaging, healthcare sales, or radiology solutions.
- Background in care coordination
- Understanding of B2B healthcare sales cycles.
- Experience working with hospital decision-makers.
