An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager who has extensive experience in the maintenance and construction field to join us to lead on a project in Glasgow for 21 months, work VISA included for contract term.We are a progressive provider with a clear vision, strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans. This would be a great move for someone with drive and passion you could have considerable experience as a Foreman or currently work in a similar role specialising in construction.Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the work of the local lower-level assistant managers and labor force.
Carefully review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project.
Oversee and manage other construction managers and supervisors as assigned.
Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work.
Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order.
Track inventory.
Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project.
Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
