Sales Training Supervisor (Male Only)

Responsibilities and skill requirements:

Design and implement sales training programs to improve team skills.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training content and methods.
Coordinate internal and external training resources and provide professional guidance.
Ability to design and implement training.
Good teaching and communication skills.
Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and improve team performance.
Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
