Job Responsibilities Collaborate and interface with ICT hiring managers and stakeholders in identifying the hiring needs. Responsible in sourcing and recruiting high end talents and industry leaders using different methodology, ensure best suite candidates are identified and successfully hired. Develop and continuously complete the talent mapping to support business requirements Maintain and develop high quality pool of candidates suitable for Philippines ICT Business technical requirements. Monitors and track recruitment metrics to meet the SLA of requirements. Analyze recruitment trends and identify and solve issues affecting recruitment process. Offer management, salary design and negotiations with candidates. Preferred Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any equivalent field. Candidate must have at least 5 years work experience recruiting for ICT industry Know how to build a strong connection and relationship with different industry leaders to maintain a quality pool of candidates Flexible and can work in a fast-paced work environment. Must have a strong communication and personal skills.
