- Identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any concerns or objections.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales productivity tools is preferred.
