- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Formulate and recommend sales strategies and objectives in consultation with the Sales Team to ensure that the monthly sales targets are met.
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate sales team to maintain good rapport and achieve higher productivity.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Review and submit all necessary sales-related reports on time to give management enough leeway to adjust sales targets and objectives.
- Assure timely delivery of orders to maintain high levels of reliability and customers' satisfaction.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
