- Conduct onsite language facilitation sessions for learners, employing effective facilitation
- Design and implement a curriculum that aligns with curriculum guidelines, emphasizing
learners.
- Assess learner progress through comprehensive formative and summative assessments,
constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, incorporating cultural elements and
neutralization to promote effective communication skills.ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the abovementioned tasks, the English Language Facilitator should also be
capable of performing the following routine tasks:
- Organize and efficiently manage session schedules, attendance records, and
- Utilize online resources, and digital tools available on platforms such as Pearson to create
- Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and advancements in
- Demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity and actively promote inclusivity among
- Proven experience as a Language Facilitator, preferably with experience in facilitating
platforms like Pearson.
- Excellent command of the target language(s), both spoken and written, with a strong
- Familiarity with facilitation platforms, including Pearson, and proficiency in using digital
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, essential for
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and the ability to foster an inclusive learning
- Continuous commitment to professional development in language facilitation
