Executive Assistant Manager in F&B

• To assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and S/he has overall responsibility for achieving financial performance, guest and colleagues engagement; and for supporting company initiatives, and F&B expansion by developing our Talent Pipeline.
• Ensures that all restaurants, bars and banquet operating facilities are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
• Conducts regular operations team meeting with all the F&B Section Heads daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters.
• Monitors weekly sales targets, actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded and opportunities are identified and addressed.
• Monitors and take necessary action results from Trusts You Reports
• Takes immediate action on guest negative feedbacks & other issues within 24 hours for service recovery and reports to the General Manager.
• Reviews Minutes of the meeting to be sent to head office
