- To work closely with the HR Head in ensuring that business leaders address significant people and cultural issues, providing expertise in areas in the whole employee cycle such as compensation, benefits, rewards, performance management and termination.
- To support organizational change efforts by assisting in talent-related aspects of structural changes, ensuring smooth transitions and mitigating disruptions.
- To help the HR Head create and advocate for HR initiatives that drive business value, effectively communicating the benefits of HR programs and managing their rollout to minimize disruption.
- To collaborate with business leaders and talent management colleagues on key talent initiatives, including workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
- To work with the Head of HR in establishing and educating managers and members on the different operational processes of the different HR functions.
- To stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements, providing guidance to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
- To build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner on all HR-related matters.
- To drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement, fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR consulting, change management, and talent development.
- Proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve strategic objectives.
- Experience in managing transformation projects related to HR Technologies and automation
- Strong understanding of the different HR technologies and processes
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions.
- 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Flexible)
