Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30AM TBC
Salary: Php 75,000

  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
  • Train, coach and monitor incoming staff.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients & investors and engage in persuasive conversations.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to explain investment opportunities effectively.
  • Close sales deals, particularly for high-value investments via zoom meetings.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
  • Seek new business opportunities, sales outreach and navigation.
  • Keep updated about latest business trends.
  • Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
  • Qualify leads through more experienced outgoing caller and closing leads through an experienced, top level sales expert.
  • Generate leads using lead generation tolls
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and engage in persuasive conversations.
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  • Arranging email correspondence
  • Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications as a Business Development Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of team leader experience
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience and track record in successful sales, lead generation, customer service, cold-calling, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred
  • Preferably with Hubspot experience
  • With experience on sales via zoom meetings
  • Absolute fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven track record of closing clients over telephone/zoom meetings.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a persuasive and convincing telephone/zoom presence.
  • Results-driven and success-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and dedicated work attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in organic lead generation, B2B & B2C Sales.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation skills and a pleasing personality
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
  • Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
  • Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
