- Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Agile Methodology: Apply agile principles and practices to manage projects effectively. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Work closely with business stakeholders to implement process enhancements and drive efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Conduct thorough testing and validation to validate project outcomes.
- Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Prepare and deliver effective presentations and reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function. Identify areas for enhancement and implement process improvements accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Experience conducting business process analysis and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.
