This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Banking & Finance practice in Oman. Working closely with colleagues across the Gulf, their team act for major domestic and international lenders and borrowers on a broad range of regional Banking and Capital Markets mandates. Their primary focus is on the areas of transactional banking, Islamic finance, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, regulatory advice and capital markets transactions, representing banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, issuers and corporates. Applicants will need to be interested in undertaking a broad workload and should have high-level relevant experience, ideally gained within a major law firm in the Gulf, the UK or Australasia. Regional experience and Arabic language skills, while beneficial, are not essential.
