$90,000 - $119,999 Full timeAbout the opportunity:This is a fantastic role that will suit someone who is outcome-focused, enjoys a challenge, and is able to take initiative whilst building great relationships with our team and stakeholders. A strong pipeline of large-scale projects is available to work on in the region.About you:You will ideally be an experienced and qualified Project Manager, with specific expertise in Construction & infrastructure. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will be vital in your day-to-day dealings with project teams, consultants, contractors, key stakeholders, community groups, and the public.As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage allocated projects; Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects as they travel through their lifecycle. You will need to be a self-starter that learns quickly and takes the initiative, you will need to be customer focussed and bring energy to the team.Specifically, you will have;Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering or Project Management)
Minimum of 5+ years' industry experience, ideally within NZ
Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince 2, or similar) - desirable
A clean full driver's license.
Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Experience in managing contracts within the civil engineering industry and a sound understanding of NZS3910 and NZS3916
Construction and infrastructure experience
Impeccable communication skills, be it with colleagues, clients, or contractors.
