Commercial construction is the main focus and covers sectors such as education, leisure, government, health, aviation, multi-story residential, retail and office space. With a lean towards Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Design & Build contracts they are leaders in sustainable design and construction.Role Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in planning and programming to optimize project planning, scheduling, and execution
Collaborate with on-site project teams to develop and monitor tailored planning solutions that streamline construction processes and enhance efficiency
Assess project delays and extensions of time as part of the construction process
Act as a key liaison between our technical teams and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Have experience of producing tender programmes
Continuously evaluate and refine our programming strategies to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

Specific qualifications are ideal but not essential however previous experience in the role is a must
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in construction planning roles directly related to commercial construction projects
Proficiency in the use of MS Project and other relevant programmes for vertical build construction
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A passion for innovation and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the construction industry
