We are known for its award-winning food and wine, outstanding architecture, and warm balmy days surrounded by magnificent landscape.Due to maternity leave we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Te Whatu Ora – Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay Infrastructure and Investment Projects Team on a Fixed Term basis. You will be involved in coordinating and supporting the infrastructure and investment business projects team, including software development and administration, engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and to help the project team develop the cost effective and practical solutions within budget while retaining good buy-in.Implementation of end-to-end project and health & safety processes, cultural and sustainable planning will be integrated into work programmes and your expertise will be used to support the development of these solutions. You will be responsible for clear, consistent and professional project documentation and records across a range of projects spanning the organisation, working closely with individual Project Managers who have varied needs and are working at different stages of the Project Lifecycle.We are looking for someone with three or more years on the job project management work experience. Your qualifications will be based in Project Management (certificate or diploma level qualifications or equivalent). You will be a quick learner with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft AutoDesk products and MS Project.
