This is an exceptional opportunity for Registered Nurses to join this palliative care team, providing crucial support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. Deliver Specialist Care: Provide expert palliative care nursing in patients' homes to a high standard of care.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary team and other healthcare partners to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.
Embrace Cultural Diversity: Demonstrate commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and embrace cultural diversity in the Hospice context.
Passion for Palliative Care: Demonstrate expertise and passion for providing palliative care to patients and their families.What you need to have:
NZ Nursing Registration: Be a registered nurse in New Zealand with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Residency or Valid Work Visa: Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid work visa.
Hold a Full NZ Driver's License: A valid NZ driver's license is required for this role.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years working in NZ, ideally in Palliative but not essential
