We have a vacancy for a Leading Hand in road construction. Our client work on a broad range of projects across road construction and maintenance. For this role you will need to have prior experience running a team and operating excavators around services.As a leading hand, you will be taking charge and motivating a team of skilled tradespeople and labourers to deliver the timely completion of roading projects to build and maintain critical infrastructure. This a hands on role that will also involve heavy machine operating and working on the tools.Requirements:

Class 2 licence with WTR minimum
Prior experience efficiently running a team
Have experience confidently operating an excavator and working around services
Knowledge of working materials
Have good time management skills
Communication skills
