This is the primary call centre for sales and technical advice supporting their extensive customer base and our own sales team.A few of your key day to day tasks (not limited to):Answering incoming calls and emailsOrder EntryData ProcessingSales & Technical SupportAdmin SupportThis is a full time, Monday to Friday role. Hours are generally 8am to 5pmThe ideal Customer Service Representative:Automotive Parts Sales /Parts Interpretation background (Preferred)Reliable, with an awesome attitude & eagerness to get stuck in wherever neededHighly organised and accurate with a strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills both written & verbalTech savvy with strong computer skills plus experience across the suite of Microsoft products (Word and Excel)Can-do attitudeA desire to learn new things & enthusiasm to contribute to the on-going growth of the companyAdditionally, you will enjoy working as part of a team, be capable of making decisions and follow through to ensure your job tasks are completed.
