- A solid track record in the development and hands on delivery of strategic plans and projects
- Solid networks within the Waikato region and the ability to leverage off these networks
- Strong financial acumen and experience in funding, property investment and asset management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships
- Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, finance or marketing
- At least 5-7 years' experience in a commercial management role
- Demonstrated success in securing charitable or philanthropic funding with strong community networks
