- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) or similar qulaification.
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Proven experience leading audit engagements and supervising junior team members.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
