- Customer Care - you will be regularly communicating with clients and candidates filling relief shifts , answering queries, and supporting our educators. Having a compassionate and professional nature is a must!
- New Business Development - once you find your feet, youll go out and meet with centres to get more clients onboard. Some cold calling will be required.
- You will be responsible for covering the phone and doing our book-and-fill for daily relievers. This involves working 6:30am - 10:30am hole-based, to coordinate relievers. Throughout the day, chill, at home, and tend to tasks that pop up on an on-call basis. Then in the evening, youre back on for a bit to coordinate our book-and-fill for the next days relievers. Evenings you work from home - 6:30 to 8pm ish, as needed. These times fluctuate as each day in our industry is different.

- You are ambitious, motivated and energetic.
- Previous experience working in Education is strongly preferred. ECE experience is even better! (A previous centre manager or 2ic would be awesome!)
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales, or New Business Development is also advantageous.
- Somewhat tech savvy - must be efficient with computers and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Great communication skills - beautiful phone presence
- Relationship management skills: you have strong empathy, but also the ability to be firm and direct when required.
- You are self-driven and focused.
- Willing to travel (within reason) - MUST have a vehicle
- You are currently living in New Zealand with the right to work.
