Working closely with our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining profitability, cultivating a lively environment, and guaranteeing our guests receive exceptional service every visit.If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Join us in delivering delicious comfort food and Southern charm seven days a week.The Invercargill Licensing Trust (ILT) is a community owned organisation that operates 23 high quality hospitality businesses including hotels, motels, bars, and restaurants through to retail bottle stores as well as two distribution centres. All profits go back to the community of Invercargill, we also provide employment to approximately 700 people.Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Extensive experience within the hospitality sector.
Exceptional with customers and understanding the essence of outstanding service.
Proficient in communication, both verbal and written.
Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team environment.
Passion for Hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for guests.
Ability to think on your feet, address issues as they arise, and find solutions quickly.
Keen observer of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the business.
Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, providing training, coaching, and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
