Technical Administrator (Tax)

• Manage the employers IRD relationship with their IRD Account Manager

• Provide information/reports re IRD submissions

• Provide guidance on the IRD application processes

• Devise solutions for situations…still meeting obligations/responsibilities with IRD

• Client set up and offboarding (tax administration issues only)

• Filing returns

• IRD mail processing

• De/linking of clients

• Generate reports re tax payments

• Work with tax software, attend meetings etc

• May have a Diploma in Business

• Must have knowledge of how the NZ tax system works ie 2 years tax preparation experience and 5 years general administration experience in total

• Keep up to date with IRD legislation

• You may be from NZ Taxation Consultants where you are the Accounts Assistant

• Be accustomed to working within a highly efficient and friendly team culture

• This is a permanent technical administration role and will not suit a University student or Graduate

• Salary negotiable (but up to $36/hour equivalent)
