One of our teachers has been here for 15+ years! Our centre places a huge importance on supporting our local community. We find ways to work within our community to support them and also look at how we can give back, we have our community pantry and lots of fruit trees that we utilise for thisAbout the Role:If you have a passion for teaching young children and are currently enrolled to study in a level 7 ECE programme (ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma), we want to hear from you. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.Our Kea room is for tamariki aged 2 - 3.5 years old. We aim to provide an environment that meets the needs and interests of all individual tamariki, so they feel they have their own place in the room. Role requirements:Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:

Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course
Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
