The Role
  • Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
  • Take ownership of your department’s budgets and targets, and analyse efficiency to achieve the company’s objective
  • Drive sales and achieving KPI's for your department
  • Plan and manage the rosters for your team
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
  • Utilise your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
  • Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
  • Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
About You
  • Passionate about leading your team to success
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Experience with supervising a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
