Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us for the 2024/25 season.We are looking for a Farm Assistant to join our team. Some experience would be great but not essential.You will be joining a team who are passionate about what we do and where our girls always come first. We are a supportive group, who will guide and encourage your training, development and progression in dairy farming.We are after someone who has a genuine want to learn the industry. Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, takes pride in their work and most importantly is a team player.The farm is located in a beautiful spot at Carew, near Geraldine and Ashburton, with easy access to town and also the outdoors.We offer an attractive roster, with regular sleep ins and good work/life balance.Our dairy platform is 238 hectares on which we peak milk 820 cows through a 50 bale rotary, with in shed feeding and Protrack.
Our irrigation consists of pivots, fixed grid sprinklers, as well as a roto rainer and a handful of k-lines.You must be currently living in New Zealand and able to work.For more information please flick me a message.
