This service also provides the crisis response for mental health, dual diagnosis and clinical rehabilitation.Working with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team who place great value on putting people first, you will have the standard of clinical practice and expertise necessary to effectively provide for tāngata whaiora and whānau needs within the service here in Northland.Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.This is a permanent 1.0 FTE role working 40 hours per week.Key Requirements
  • Registered Social Worker with a current Practicing Certificate
  • Experience in acute and community mental health nursing practice
  • Current full Drivers License
  • Knowledge and or experience working with people who have coexisting mental health and substance use problems
