You will be part of a highly knowledgeable and experienced team and, once trained, will rotate daily tasks regularly with them. This means you will have a good amount of variety to your day and will be able to; operate the asphalt plant, operator the loader & excavator, bag EZ Street product, load customers and perform basic daily maintenance. Also with a brand new asphalt plant just around the corner, you will have the chance to be able work and operate a new toy!To be successful in this role, you will:The candidate will be able to work well with others and have a mind for health and safety while you are working. You will enjoy getting stuck in with your team and take pride in the products you are producing. You will also have:WTR & forklift endorsement3 years + operating a loaderAsphalt knowledge & experienceClass 2 licence (preferred but not essential)Confidence with computers and numbersDesire to learn and pick up new skillsGood problem solving skillsMechanically and practically mindedGood communication skills and a positive attitudeBeing a team player, self-motivated and take pride in your workPassion and commitment to safety in the workplaceWe’re looking for passionate people with a positive approach and a can-do attitude.
