Administrator/ Receptionist - Wellington

- Working from the reception desk, welcoming visitors and staff to site
- Answering calls on the phone and MS Teams, responding to queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Receiving and distributing mail and couriers
- Assisting with general administration and organization of the team
- Maintaining and updating databases, records, and schedules
- Providing data entry for financial documents
- Organising the delivery, pick-up, and maintenance of company vehicles
- Organising equipment hire requests/coordination and charges
- Assisting with the organization of staff travel arrangements
- Checking timesheets have been submitted and follow up as required
- Keeping an eye on the office, supplies, kitchen, reception, and building maintenance - being proactive to raise and action on anything that arises
- Prioritising the heath, safety and wellbeing of yourself and the company as a whole
- Helping with additional administration tasks as required
- This is an entry level role best suited to someone with 0-1 years of experience working in administration, reception, or customer service
- A full/ restricted New Zealand drivers license
- Confidence using computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, fantastic telephone manner)
- A great sense of humour and a positive can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to lift heavy packages from time to time
