- Establishing and managing sales plans for your region & / or customer list
- Supporting business initiatives for industry segments and channels, in alignment with local and global strategy.
- Selling VSD’s (Variable Speed Drives), PLCs, Electric Motors, Generators, Power Quality Products, projects and systems as well as related products.
- Supporting Drives Service team on sales and promotion of after services and service contracts
- Managing relationships with existing customers within the targeted industry sectors and developing new relationships with potential customers. Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers, determining plans for acquisition and proposing sound technical and commercial solutions
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities ensuring a strong opportunity pipeline
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering qualification, or equivalent experience
- Proven technical aptitude with a knowledge of industrial processes and applications
- Demonstrated experience in Front-End Sales roles in B2B organisations in Industrial sector
- Experience in business development & account management
- Some exposure to working with EPCs, End Users, Consultants, System Integrators, Channel Partners and OEMs would be advantageous.
