- Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Analyse and problem solve invoice and AP issues.
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Manage expenses by processing & reconciling invoices to statements.
- Reconcile company credit card statements.
- Act as a backup on Accounts receivable.
- Support the Warehouse manager on entering PO invoices, follow ups on supplier invoices, entering quotes as requested.
- Assist the Finance manager with processing fortnightly payroll for about 45 staff.
- Processing & verifying timesheets, reconciling together with GPS Tracking reports.
- Ad hoc accounts related task as required.
