In order to continue doing that we need great people in every part of our business and an exciting opportunity has come up at our New Plymouth Feedmill for an operator.The Feedmill is where we produce high quality feeds, efficiently and economically. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience manufacturing, warehousing or production who wants a role where there is career progression and a great team to support you to get there.We'll provide the relevant training we just want your can-do attitude and ability to learn new skills. If that sounds like you and you want to be part of a household brand then we want to hear from you!This is a shift work role working 4on4off alternating day (6am-6pm) / night (6pm-6am) roster. You will need to have your own transport and a full driver license.Key Responsibilities include:

Weighing In - All trucks are correctly weighed on arrival at the Feedmill
All manual documentation completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Accurately fill bins - kept adequately stocked for processing needs.
Loading Trucks - Customers receive high quality feed.
Batching, mixing of feed - ensuring correct mixture according to specifications.
Barcoding on ingredients and shrink wrapping - all bags are barcoded and shrink wrapped securely.
Storing pallets - placed in allocated area.

Requirements:

Basic - intermediate computer skills
Reliable, punctual and determined to be at work every day
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Must be physically fit, strong and able do heavy lifting on regular basis
Ability to work in a team environment
