What You'll Be Doing | Mō te TūrangaThe Change and Communications Coordinator is tasked with effectively communicating operational changes internally to Customer Experience teams, encompassing Centre Network and Contact Centres. Additionally, the role involves supporting the team in change implementation tasks, including process mapping and documentation.
  • Partnering with Implementation Specialists to create communication plans that support the successful delivery of change through our network.
  • Coordinating and delivering integrated and targeted communications activities
  • Write, edit and deliver a range of communications to a high standard and in a timely manner, including newsletters, emails and intranet articles.
  • Tailor complex and often technical information to a range of audiences, taking account of their differing levels of knowledge or understanding.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the production of high-quality, engaging communications collateral.
  • Identify communication outcomes, track effectiveness and record performance against agreed measures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and be involved in a range of activities
  • Business or Communications degree or other relevant tertiary qualification
