- Create KPI reporting for the project and regularly update the team on progress.
- Work with sales staff to improve sales forecast accuracy
- Work with the project team and others to review and implement improved systems around inventory management (right from Sales & Operations Planning through Scheduling/MRP through to managing raw materials, wip and finished goods).
- Work with operations and supply chain to optimise EPICOR bills of materials and minimising variances.
- Analyse inventory systems to accurately report forecast inventory levels and the cash flow requirements flowing from this.
- Analyse stock variances and MRP suggestions to improve the systems
- Identify appropriate internal controls around inventory and ensure they are implemented
- Document systems
- Analyse inventory levels to work with stakeholders to minimise levels.
- Inventory reconciliations
- Assist to make stock counting as accurate as possible.
- We have a new version of EPICOR called Kinetic coming in. Understand Kinetic to see how it can improve our inventory management and work with the project team to realise this.
- Timely, accurate and insightful reporting of project KPIs

- Inventory controls are in place and working

- Clear and persuasive communication to ensure system changes are embedded.

- Assist with documentation of finance procedures in Promapp
- Cross train with other functions within finance to enable cover during periods of leave.
- Other tasks as required.

- As staff are cross trained to support others the taking of leave does not cause disruption.
